Why choose Gostol TST air blasting machines?
Description
Blastroom is designed according to customer's needs and requirements. It can be designed in different sizes and is ideal for blasting of workpieces of different shapes and sizes. In the blasting process you can use metal or mineral abrasive.
Workpieces are transported in the blastroom by a forklift of on a trolley (usually on a rails). Operator holds the sandblasting pistol and directs the jet of abrasive on the surface of workpiece. Sandblasting pistol is connected to the sandblasting pipe with the pressure vessel, from which the abrasive is pushed by compressed air at high speed.
During the blasting process the operator needs to wear protective clothes, gloves and special helmet for the protection against the impact of the abrasive.
Housing of blastroom is protected with rubber. On the floor of blastroom you can choose among two types of returning and cleaning systems. One option are screw conveyors (KMP), the other are scraping conveyors (KSP), which can be applied on the whole floor of blastroom or on only part of it. Depending on customers' needs blastroom can have different platforms for working on heights, devices for rotation of workpieces around longitudinal axis and devices for sucking of the abrasive. All these provide high work efficiency.
All sandblasting machines produced by Gostol India are designed in EU and manufactured in Bangalore, India. Gostol India is a subsidiary of Gostol TST, which is a world known producer of shot blasting machines. You can check all the references here.
