Continuous shot blasting machine with overhead conveyor is designed to process heavy and complex shaped work pieces, like castings, welded constructions, forged and pressed parts, steel bottles, springs, etc. It is ideal for parts manufactured in small or medium series, that weight from 25 kg to 1,000 kg or more. Continuous shot blasting machine with overhead conveyor can be used for many applications, such as continuous blast cleaning, desanding and decoring in die cast industry as well for descaling, derusting and reconditioning in metalworking industry.
Work pieces are loaded individually on hooks on a overhead conveyor, which goes through the shot blasting machine. Work pieces move on a transporty system through the machine and jets of abrasive. Efficient treatment is achieved also with blasting wheels that are mounted at different angles regarding to the direction of movement. Housing of the machine is protected by wear-resistant manganese steel. At the entry and exit chamber are series of rubber screens that keep the abrasive inside the shot blasting machine.
Depending on customer specific demands we determine number and power of blasting wheels, type and run of hanging conveyor, loading capacity and number of hooks and frequency regulation of blasting wheel's revolutions.
