Description
Roller conveyor blast machine is ideal for cleaning of steel plates, profiles, I and H beams and simple constructions. Gostol India offers wide range of roller conveyor blast machines, which can be standard or special designed and adjusted to the customers' needs.
Work pieces continuously pass through the shot blasting machine on a roller conveyor. On the machine blasting wheels from 5.5 to 30 kW can be installed, which provide efficient shot balsting. Roller conveyor shot blasting machines are designed to blast work pieces from 600 mm to 5000 mm of width. Conveyor speed is from 0.5 m/min to 7 m/min. Machine's robust housing is protected by wear resistant shields made from manganese steel liners. For additional protection to keep the abrasive inside the blasting machine series of rubber screens are mounted in entry and exit cleaning chamber.
Rotating brush and high-pressure fan remove the abrasive from the treated object before it exits the machine. Roller conveyor blast machine can be equipped with a side loading ramps, drying chamber, automatic colouring chamber and drying tunnel. It can be part of highly productive preservation lines.
