Description
Tube blasting machine is special machine for treatment of tubes/pipes, round bars, round sections, gas steel bottles and other cylindrical elements external surfaces. After the blasting process work pieces with clean surface can be easier and faster cutted and welded and we achieve higher durability of surface-protective applications, as coating, painting and enamelling.
Work pieces move one by one on a conical cylindrical conveyor or on conveyor with skew rolls to the blasting machine. This type of conveyor enables simultaneuous rotation and continuous movement of the work piece through the tube blasting machine and provides efficient and quality blasting.
Robust housing of the machine is additionally protected with wear-resistant shields made from manganese steel liners. To keep the abrasive inside the blasting machine rubber screens are mounted in entry and exit cleaning chamber.
PC shot blasting machines can be equipped with drying chamber, automatic painting chamber and drying tunnel and can be integrated into highly productive preservation lines.
